We ship worldwide from a partner warehouse in Asia so you get the best price possible. Free shipping on every order, no minimums.

No minimums, no codes — every Nocturn order ships free, anywhere we deliver.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days from the moment your payment is received. National holidays may extend this slightly. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

Standard delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery windows depend on your location and local carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to first update after dispatch.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout. If you haven't seen one within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us — we'll get you sorted.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We can't be responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to the warehouse because it wasn't picked up in time, we can re-ship it for a $15 administrative fee.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number — we'll replace it for free. No forms, no friction.

Customs and import duties

Most countries we ship to don't charge import fees on Nocturn orders. If your country does, those duties are the customer's responsibility and are collected by your local carrier — they're not included in the shipping price at checkout.
