Live with your light. If it doesn't earn its place, send it back — no forms, no questions.
60-night home trial
Mount it. Live with it for 60 nights. If it doesn't fit your home, email us for a full refund — and keep the light. We don't want it back.
How returns work
Within 60 days of delivery, email hello@nocturnco.com with your order number and a one-line note about why it didn't work for you. We'll send you a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The light stays with you.
For the bundle (Complete Set), we calculate the refund at single-unit pricing — keep the lights you love, return the ones you don't, and we refund the difference.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo and your order number to hello@nocturnco.com within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement free of charge. No proof of disposal, no return shipping required.
2-year warranty
Every Nocturn light is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects — battery failure, LED failure, sensor failure. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement.
The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, water damage on indoor models, or normal cosmetic wear.
What's not covered
Returns aren't accepted on:
- Lights that have been physically damaged or modified
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago
- Custom or special-order items (if any)
Refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
